Detail: Minimum requirements: Veterinary qualification (BVSc or equivalent) preferred. Registration with the SA Veterinary Council preferred. Experience managing dog kennels and security dogs. Strong people management and leadership skills. Experience in the security industry will be an advantage. Good administrative, organisational and communication skills. Computer literate. Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport. No criminal record. Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall dog unit and staff. Ensure the health, welfare, feeding and daily care of dogs. Oversee veterinary care, vaccinations and medical records. Ensure kennels and equipment are maintained to a high standard. Manage and train Dog Handlers. Ensure compliance with company procedures and legislation. Conduct inspections and maintain operational standards. Liaise with management and clients.
