- Manage the Programme Management Division by providing strategic direction, governance and oversight for the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of organisational programmes and strategic initiatives. The role ensures that all programmes are aligned to the organisation's Strategic Plan, Business Plan and corporate objectives, while embedding sound programme governance, risk management and performance monitoring practices to support the successful delivery of organisational priorities and service excellence.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage strategic programmes and project portfolios to achieve organisational objectives.
- Establish and maintain programme governance to ensure effective oversight and benefits realisation.
- Engage with stakeholders and provide regular reports to executive management.
- Provide centralised oversight of programmes and projects, including the fast-tracking of catalytic and Smart Market initiatives.
- Drive market transformation programmes to support emerging farmers and improve access to sustainable markets.
- Manage the planning and implementation of infrastructure and capital projects.
- Coordinate marketing and event management activities to promote organisational initiatives.
- Manage corporate communications and media relations to enhance the organisation's reputation.
- Provide food bank services to support indigent communities.
- Coordinate food bank support for corporate social responsibility events and community outreach programmes.
- Coordinate and implement corporate social responsibility projects and initiatives.
- Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor programme performance and prepare management reports on progress and outcomes.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Knowledge in Governance and compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge in Enterprise risk management.
- Budgeting and financial management.
- People management and leadership.
- Change leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor`s Degree in Project Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- NQF Level 8 in related field or above.
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years' experience in a Senior Management role.
Salary: T18/D5 R117 265. 89 per month Total Cost to Company
