Divisional Manager - FMCG

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric. • Valid driver's license and reliable transport. • Strong leadership, disciplined execution, and proactive relationship management skills. • Ability to drive divisional sales growth and achievement of sales targets. • Ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop Customer Relations Officers (CROs). • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Ability to maintain excellent communication with members, suppliers, and internal departments. • Ability to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and open communication. • Strong administration, reporting, and operational documentation skills. • Ability to ensure compliance with ordering, subsidy, claims, escalation, and cancellation procedures. • Ability to monitor system maintenance, order status management, and timely billing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure signed approvals are uploaded to Portal. • Ability to promote face-to-face and telephone engagement rather than relying solely on email. • Ability to create a high-energy, sales-driven culture. • Commitment to service excellence standards at all times.
