Divisional Head: Sell Your Damaged Car (SYDC)

Job Purpose Auction Nation is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Divisional Head to lead the Sell Your Damaged Car (SYDC) Division. This role is responsible for the overall performance and sustainable growth of the division, including revenue generation, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience, governance, risk management, and people leadership. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight of the acquisition and purchasing of damaged and salvage vehicles while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute divisional strategy and business plans. Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. Oversee vehicle acquisition, purchasing strategies, and commercial performance. Take full accountability for divisional budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, insurers, and key stakeholders. Ensure effective governance, risk management, and compliance. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions where required.
