WH Auctioneers is seeking a driven and commercially focused Division / Regional Manager to lead and grow its Property Division across KZN.
Duties & Responsibilities
- This role is suited to a senior property professional who understands real estate, property disposals, auctions, mandates, client relationships, and regional market development.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing property sale pipelines, building relationships with existing and most importantly new stakeholders, and ensuring that every property mandate is executed through a structured, compliant, and results-driven auction process.
- As Division / Regional Manager, you will play a key role in expanding WH Auctioneers’ property footprint, strengthening regional relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted auction partner for banks, liquidators, business rescue practitioners, corporates, private sellers, developers, and institutional clients.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in property auctions, real estate advisory, asset disposal, corporate property, or regional sales leadership.
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) issued by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) is essential.
- Proven ability to secure and manage property mandates
- Strong regional market knowledge (KZN)
- Established network of industry relationships
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of auction processes
- Compliance-aware, with an understanding of FICA, CPA auction requirements, property sale processes, and stakeholder accountability.
- Conduct and oversee property inspections, assessments, valuations, and due diligence to determine marketability, pricing, and disposal recommendations.
Advantageous
- Experience working with banks, liquidators, business rescue practitioners, insolvent estates, corporate disposals, listed property groups, developers, or institutional property owners.
- Experience managing a regional property team or growing a property division would be highly beneficial.
