Introduction

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dispatch/Receiving Manager to take ownership of dispatch operations, stock control, fleet coordination and team leadership within a fast-paced production environment. Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations with current employees.

Ensure receiving of goods are in accordance with company policy, co-ordinate storage with relevant departments.

Ensure efficient & accurate dispatch of final product according to company policy.

Apply rules of FIFO/FEFO and ensure full traceability of all raw material and final products.

Accurate maintenance of operational records of stock received, on hand, final stock received and stock to be dispatched.

Ensure good housekeeping practices and procedures are followed and monitored consistently throughout the warehouses.

Coordinate with all relevant departments involved to limit delays of manufacturing process.

Report directly to the Business Manager and Owners.

Ensure non-conformances or daily deviations are actioned and reported promptly.

The completion of Ad Hoc duties occasionally.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12

Manufacturing/FMCG experience highly advantageous.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

+5 years experience.
