Detail: Requirements: Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, logistics or stock-control supervisory role. Strong understanding of dispatch, picking, packing and delivery processes. Experience working with stock, orders, invoices and dispatch documentation. Good computer literacy and experience with warehouse or inventory systems. Strong organisational and administrative abilities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to supervise and motivate a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Previous experience in promotional products, manufacturing, retail, branding or a related environment would be advantageous. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily dispatch operation. Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. Verify products, quantities and order details against invoices, picking slips and dispatch documentation. Ensure all outgoing goods are correctly labelled, packaged and prepared for delivery or collection. Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales and logistics teams to ensure orders are ready for dispatch. Arrange and coordinate collections and deliveries with couriers, transport providers and customers. Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation. Monitor and resolve discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods and incorrect orders. Ensure the dispatch area is organised, secure and maintained to operational standards. Supervise and allocate daily responsibilities to dispatch staff. Monitor team productivity, accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Assist with stock counts and investigate stock or order discrepancies. Ensure all dispatch procedures comply with company policies, health and safety requirements and quality standards. Identify opportunities to improve dispatch processes, turnaround times and service levels.
