We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily operations and logistics functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the dispatch team
- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of stock
- Respond to emergencies and urgent deliveries
- Plan, organize, direct, manage, and evaluate Dispatch Department operations and budget
- Identify opportunities for warehouse operation improvements
- Manage staff, resources, and communication to optimize performance
- Build and maintain internal staff and customer relations
- Perform supervisory duties
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric & tertiary qualification in logistics & supply chain
Experience from a Retail warehousing distribution centre
PC literate
SAP essential
