- A relevant qualification on NQF level 7 as recognised by SAQA;
- 5 years' middle/senior management experience.
Key Performance Areas
- Monitor municipal infrastructure planning, maintenance, development and budgeting;
- Facilitate long-term municipal infrastructure planning and funding with due regard to municipal budgets and joint district and metro approach processes;
- Facilitate support to municipalities with full life-cycle asset planning, frameworks, policies and systems;
- Support municipalities with infrastructure governance and services delivery;
- Ensure that monitoring of performance of municipalities and provide professional and technical support with regard to the implementation of the Municipal Capital Budget;
- Strategic Management including change management; and
- Financial and People Management.
