Qualifications and Experience
- A Doctoral Degree in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification in Higher Education Teaching and Learning is advantageous.
- A Teaching with Technology certification will be advantageous.
- At least 8–10 years' experience in higher education teaching and learning.
- A minimum 5 years' experience in leadership or management of e-learning or digital education initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in
- Learning management systems

- Instructional design
- Academic staff development
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and digital learning projects.
