Core Purpose The Digital Transformation & Data Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, optimisation, and support of the organisation's business applications and digital information platforms. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise systems including ERP, Human Capital Management (HCM), SharePoint, and other business-critical technical applications, ensuring they remain secure, reliable, integrated, and aligned with business objectives. The incumbent will drive continuous improvement across the application landscape by identifying opportunities to automate processes, enhance user experience, improve data quality, and maximise business value from technology investments. The role serves as the key interface between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, translating operational requirements into effective digital solutions. A strong technical and software development background is preferred, enabling the incumbent to oversee application customisation, integrations, system enhancements, workflow automation, and data exchange between platforms. The role will also provide leadership in application architecture, development standards, data governance, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives that support organisational growth and operational excellence.
