The role will support the translation of business requirements into digital functionality and coordinate activities across development, UX/UI and testing teams.
The role is responsible for supporting the complete digital product lifecycle, from requirements and design through development, testing, implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Digital Platform Execution
Support the day-to-day execution and optimisation of the App and PWA.
Coordinate platform enhancements, releases, fixes and maintenance activities.
Maintain visibility of the digital platform development pipeline and outstanding requirements.
Assist with prioritisation of platform enhancements.
Monitor the implementation of new functionality and enhancements.
Identify opportunities to improve member engagement, usability and platform performance.
Business Requirements and Business Requirement Specifications
Gather and compile business requirements.
Translate business requirements into a clear and structured Business Requirement Specifications (BRS).
Document functional requirements, business rules, user journeys and acceptance criteria.
Ensure sign-off before development commences.
Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to development and technology teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date requirements documentation.
Development Coordination
Coordinate external suppliers and provide weekly progress reports to Management.
Maintain development progress against agreed priorities and timelines.
Track and report development dependencies, risks, issues and outstanding actions.
Conduct sprint planning, backlog refinement and release planning.
Ensure developed functionality aligns with approved requirements.
Development Hours Management
Plan and report monthly on available development hours.
Assist in prioritising development work according to business value, urgency and available capacity.
Monitor development effort against agreed requirements and scope.
Escalate potential capacity constraints or delivery risks.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
Conduct functional and regression testing of App and PWA functionality.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify, document and track defects.
