- Approved digital media plans developed in the correct Microsoft Word template, with accurate formatting, spelling, branding, formulas, costs, fees and KPI assumptions.
- One consolidated ATL and digital media plan that reflects the complete approved media mix and total campaign budget.
- Documented benchmark and buying-objective inputs validated with the relevant performance and channel specialists.
- Correct ROAR Workfront project setup, status management and supporting planning documentation.
- Growth OS-compliant taxonomy aligned across plans, platforms, tracking, reporting and billing references.
- Complete PowerHub implementation briefs for all execution specialists and channel teams.
- Integrated ATL and digital chase lists with complete specifications, deadlines and delivery requirements.
- Creative receipt and material-status trackers with clear escalation of missing or rejected assets.
- Tagging, tracking and launch-readiness checklists, including landing-page and conversion-event validation.
- Supplying of proof of setup, proof of flighting as per the media plan
- Live business-unit flowplan updates showing planned, committed, forecast and actual spend and campaign status.
- Actualised media schedules and complete monthly billing packs submitted to buyers or finance within agreed deadlines.
- Complete internal and third-party post-campaign reporting inputs, supporting evidence and documented planning learnings.
- Media-vendor, preferred-supplier and trading-alignment notes relevant to the assigned portfolio.

- Business-unit visibility, collaboration and operational hygiene
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of digital, performance or integrated media planning experience, preferably within a media agency environment.
- Proven experience translating approved media strategies into detailed, client-ready digital media plans and schedules.
- Experience planning across major digital channels such as paid social, programmatic display and video, online video, search, digital audio, publishers, content partnerships or other relevant digital environments.
- Experience applying digital pricing models, technology and verification fees, performance benchmarks, delivery calculations and media-plan formulas.
- Experience consolidating digital and ATL inputs into one integrated campaign plan and managing approval and version control.
- Experience using project-management, taxonomy, execution-briefing or campaign-workflow systems; direct experience with ROAR Workfront, Growth OS or PowerHub is advantageous.
- Experience developing creative chase lists, managing platform specifications, coordinating material delivery and working with Ad Operations or execution specialists on tags and tracking.
- Experience maintaining flowplans, actualising media schedules, reconciling spend, managing purchase-order alignment and preparing billing packs.
- Experience obtaining and coordinating post-campaign reporting from platform teams, media owners and third-party partners.
- Comfortable working with strategists, ATL planners, BUDs, buyers, trading teams, performance specialists, finance, creative agencies, media owners and senior internal stakeholders.
