Digital Content Creation (60%) - Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms - Plan, create and publish digital marketing content aligned with the marketing strategy - Design graphics for digital campaigns, social media, presentations and promotional material - Create and edit videos including Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and event content - Write engaging social media captions, headlines and digital copy - Schedule and publish content using approved social media management platforms - Monitor comments, messages and online engagement while maintaining the company brand voice - Monitor digital content performance and prepare regular reports on social media growth and engagement - Identify new digital trends and recommend creative content ideas Marketing Support (40%) - Create digital content for marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, events and training - Coordinate photography and videography for products, events and company initiatives - Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to ensure creative projects are completed accurately and on time - Support the Marketing Department with general digital marketing and creative projects Required skills, knowledge and attributes: - Relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field - Minimum of three years' experience in digital marketing, graphic design, photography, videography and social media content creation - Experience creating engaging content across multiple social media platforms - Strong copywriting and visual communication skills - Strong organisational and planning skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and digital content creation platforms - Proficiency in Canva (or equivalent), CapCut, Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT and Claude - Knowledge of photography, videography and social media analytics - Experience in the health, beauty or wellness retail environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Professional, reliable and well organised - Creative, innovative and passionate about digital content and social media - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the Marketing Department - Valid driver's licence Consultant: Joline Jonker - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful show more...
