This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and eager to support the rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and business automation tools.
Role Purpose
- You will support the setup, maintenance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and automation workflows, reducing manual administrative workload and strengthening digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and maintain Microsoft 365 Copilot agents.
- Assist with Power Automate workflows notifications, reminders, approvals.
- Maintain SharePoint lists and approved content used by automations.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Provide first‑line user support and assist with adoption.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and POPIA requirements.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Comfortable with SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
- Detail‑oriented with strong learning ability.
- Exposure to Power Automate / Power Apps advantageous
