Halfway Hino Honeydew is looking to appoint a qualified, trade tested, proficient, and efficient Diesel Technician who will add value to the workshop team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform maintenance services
Diagnosis and fault finding of trucks
Prepare vehicles for delivery
Assist with vehicle breakdowns and any other general duties
Test driving vehicles to gauge performance
Maintaining detailed records of the vehicles serviced
Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist
Adhering to warranty procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Desired Experience & Qualification
Code 14 Drivers license
Applicants must have completed an apprenticeship for Diesel Mechanic
Preferably Hino qualified up to Master Technician level
Have at least 5 years post qualification experience
Have a valid trade test certificate in this field
Be able to communicate respectfully with all customers and employees
Be a team player and must have excellent supervisory skills
