The candidate will be expected to
• Repairs and overhauls diesel engines and trailers, including disassembly • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair failures on horse and trailers • Conducts test runs after completing major repairs and modifications and adjusts the repaired equipment during and after the test run • Ensure that we are always on standard as per the OEM • Ordering of parts before dismantling of parts • Report any damage to the Workshop Foreman that could have been caused by the driver • Conduct trip checks daily • Adjustments of brakes, torque, bearings lights etc. • Ensure that all trucks comply with policies and procedures before leaving the depot. • Must be able to do standby. Candidate requirements: • Matric • Trade tested Diesel Mechanic • Minimum of (2) years' experience on MAN and Scania. • Experience, GRW and Hendred trailers. • Tanker experiences advantage Preferably a Code 14 Drivers license

• Detailed orientated person with excellent problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Package and Remuneration: • Market Related Salary based on Experience.
