Ubuntu Fibre is looking for an experienced and qualified Diesel Mechanic / Motor Mechanic to join our team.
Minimum Requirements
✅ Qualified Diesel Mechanic or Motor Mechanic
✅ Proven experience working on diesel and petrol engines
✅ Experience working on trucks, bakkies, and trailers
✅ Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
✅ Experience with servicing, maintenance, and repairs
✅ Valid South African ID or Passport with a valid Work Permit
✅ Contactable references
✅ Ability to work independently and under pressure
✅ Reliable, honest, and hardworking
Duties Include
• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing diesel and petrol vehicles • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults • Repairing and maintaining trucks, bakkies, and trailers • Conducting preventative maintenance and inspections • Ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and compliant • Maintaining workshop standards and records
