DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps • Manage containerised workloads across Kubernetes and Docker environments • Support and administer Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Cache for Redis • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and ELK Stack • Deploy, manage, and optimise Azure Durable Functions and serverless workflows • Apply security best practices, including identity management, secrets management, and cloud security controls • Support the scalability, reliability, and performance of cloud platforms and applications Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: BSc Computer Science or relevant IT Diploma
• Experience:
• 5+ years' experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, or Infrastructure Operations
• Proven experience managing production environments within Microsoft Azure
• Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile development environments

• Technical Skills:
• Microsoft Azure
• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Azure DevOps
• Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker
• PowerShell and/or Bash scripting
• Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and ELK Stack
• Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Cache for Redis
• API Management Platforms and Cloudflare
• Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Key Vault

• Additional Requirements:
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Leadership and mentoring capability
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution

• Advantageous Certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate
