Business Development and Deal Origination

• Identify and evaluate new industrial development opportunities.
• Build relationships with landowners, brokers, occupiers, investors and strategic stakeholders.
• Source potential development opportunities and convert viable prospects into executable projects.
• Identify occupier requirements and market trends to inform product design and project positioning.
• Assist in securing development mandates, transactions and commercial opportunities.
• Represent the company in market-facing engagements and business development initiatives.

Development Feasibility and structuring

• Prepare and maintain feasibility models, business cases and investment recommendations.
• Evaluate development risks, commercial drivers and investment returns.
• Structure development transactions, project entities and commercial arrangements.
• Lead due diligence processes and coordinate specialist advisors.
• Prepare approval submissions and ensure projects remain aligned with approved commercial parameters.

Industrial and Land Development

• Manage industrial and logistics developments, including warehousing, industrial parks and serviced industrial land.
• Coordinate zoning, township establishment, bulk services and municipal approval processes.
• Manage infrastructure interfaces, development sequencing and land servicing requirements.
• Coordinate design development with architects, engineers, planners and quantity surveyors.
• Ensure developments remain commercially aligned with user and market requirements.

Transaction Management

• Lead or support the preparation, negotiation and conclusion of legal agreements related to property transactions.
• Coordinate the legal, technical and commercial inputs required to conclude transactions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout transaction processes.
• Ensure agreements remain aligned with approved business cases and project objectives.

Project Delivery

• Manage project budgets, programmes, scope and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and specialist advisors.
• Manage procurement processes and tender recommendations.
• Maintain project governance, reporting and documentation requirements.
• Identify risks early and implement practical solutions to protect project outcomes.
