Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Software development and configuration.
- Application enhancement and maintenance.
- API and integration development.
- Testing and defect resolution.
- Technical documentation.
- Continuous improvement and automation.
- Application Development & Maintenance : Develop, test and maintain commercial digital applications and integrations.
- Development Quality & Standards : Deliver high-quality code aligned to development standards and business requirements.
- Feature Delivery & Enhancement Support : Support implementation of new digital features and platform enhancements.
- Defect Resolution & Technical Support : Resolve application defects and technical issues within agreed service levels.
- Continuous Improvement & Automation : Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Skills, Experience & Education
Education
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Development or related field
Experience
- 2-5 years' experience in software development.
- Experience developing digital applications and integrations.
- Exposure to agile delivery environments.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
