Play a crucial role in ensuring and oversee the smooth shift dispatch operations, manage the team, coordinates loading of trucks, cage transfers to holding cages and personnel efficiently. Drive and maintain Team Connect and Shop floor development system.
- Supervise and manage team and support staff Clerks, Loaders and Shunters.
- Provide training, guidance and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of product.
- Monitor scheduling, route planning as per the order and resource allocation on the loaders.
- Act as a liaison between Factory supervisors, Sales Reps, Distribution Controllers and management.
- Ensure clear communication of ring boards report, truck allocations, changes and emergencies.
- Enforce compliance with Tiger brands policies, BMR, FSSC 22000, EHS and EMS
- Maintain accurate recons and dispatch records.
- Respond to emergencies, unexpected delays or disruptions in real-time.
- Troubleshoot issues with routes, equipment or personnel.
- Overtime Management and TES utilisation.
- Ensure stock accuracy through disciplined stock control and implement stock accuracy improvement initiatives.
