Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description
In this Senior Quantity Surveying role, reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will handle the following:
- Reading construction drawings and compiling quotes and budget estimates from those drawings
- Compiling and maintaining rate sheets
- Negotiating with suppliers and contractors
- Obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Managing project budgets throughout the project lifecycle
- Procurement, including placing purchase orders and managing supplier orders.

Qualifications
- QS qual
Skills
- 5 years’ experience in fitout / construction industry
- Must have own vehicle and driver’s license
- Proactive
- Work well under pressure
- Strong organisational skills
