We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Nursing Manager to join a leading private hospital in Lenasia . This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the effective management of nursing services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Nursing Manager in the effective management of nursing services.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to nursing teams.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
- Assist with staff management, performance and development.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures and clinical governance standards.
- Support the efficient management of resources and day-to-day nursing operations.
- Promote a positive, professional and patient-centred healthcare environment.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Registered with SANC as a Professional/Registered Nurse.
- A relevant Nursing Management qualification is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years’ nursing management experience.
- Previous experience in a senior nursing management role will be advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
- Sound knowledge of private hospital operations and clinical governance.
