Requirements
- A three- year tertiary qualification (NQF level 7) in Business Management/ Purchasing/ Supply Chain Management (SCM)/ Procurement Management.
- 3-5 years' experience in Transversal Sourcing at a Junior Management (ASD Level);
Duties
- To manage Strategic Sourcing services to the Gauteng Provincial Government. Manage the increase of BBBEE Preferential Procurement spend from 60% to 70%.
- Manage the adherence to Operational Budget by achieving 98% budget spend. Improve tender processes and reduce turnaround time (from 120 -90 days). Manage contract to client satisfaction and to increase customer satisfaction. Reports submitted timeously. Management of staff.
