This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who understands sales, logistics, fleet management and stock control, and is comfortable running a depot with minimal supervision. Detail: Business Degree / Diploma 5+ years' FMCG experience Sales experience + depot / dispatch management – NON-NEGOTIABLE Strong logistics and fleet management experience Experience managing inventory and stock control Strong customer-facing and commercial skills Competent in Excel and reporting systems Strong leadership and self-management skills Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently Zulu speaking advantageous Manage daily depot operations and staff Drive sales and maintain strong customer relationships Manage inventory, stock levels and shortages Coordinate a fleet of 10+ vehicles Plan collections and deliveries Manage vehicle maintenance and breakdowns Lead drivers, dispatch and administrative staff Manage depot budgets and basic financial reporting Prepare operational reports using Excel and Mosaic Identify opportunities to improve depot performance As Specialist Recruiters for professionals in your industry, we are well geared to represent your best career interests.
