- Controls the movement of assets within and in and out of the depot
- Manages building and depot maintenance and cleaning.
- Manages security of site.
- Manages fire and safety systems within the site.
- Monitoring and managing stores operation.
- Manages sub-ordinate staff.
- Controls small plant vehicle activities within the depot.
- Maintains administrative control of the depot.
- Controls the provision of vacuum tanker services.
- Assist with clerical/stores functions.
- Undertakes related assignments.

Qualifications Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12 NQF Level 4 or equivalent and an Administrative certificate.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- 3 years relevant experience of which 1 year should be at a supervisory level.
- Computer Literacy.
Preferred Requirements
- Diploma NQF Level 6 or equivalent in the Administrative field.
- 4 Years relevant experience.
