Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
- At least 3 years’ hardware industry experience, including Tools Department experience
- Completed leadership training and service excellence induction
- Intermediate merchandising certificate
- Knowledge of product and stock management, internal procedures and returns processes
- Dispute management and prevention training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and email
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Experience chairing disciplinary enquiries advantageous
