Requirements
- Matric or equivalent; a higher certificate or diploma advantageous
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
- At least 3 years’ hardware industry experience, including Building Department experience
- Completed leadership training and service excellence induction
- Intermediate merchandising certificate
- Knowledge of product and stock management, returns and internal procedures
- Experience issuing disciplinary action and initiating disciplinary enquiries
- Dispute management and prevention training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and email
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
