Dental Receptionist | Pretoria East

A well-established Dental Practice in Pretoria East is seeking a professional, organised, and friendly Dental Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and telephone skills, be well-presented, and possess strong administrative and organisational abilities. Previous experience in a dental or medical practice will be advantageous. The ideal starting date is ASAP.

Requirements

Previous Dental Reception experience

Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Experience with patient billing, invoicing, and quotations

Experience booking and managing patient appointments

Ability to liaise professionally with dental laboratories

Comfortable placing material and stock orders when required

Experience sending treatment plans to patients

Computer literate

Experience with the Elixir billing system will be advantageous (training can be provided)

Professional, reliable, and able to work well under pressure

Key Responsibilities

?Welcoming patients and managing the reception area

Answering calls and assisting patients professionally

Scheduling and managing appointments

Preparing invoices, quotations, and processing patient billing

Sending treatment plans to patients

Liaising with dental laboratories regarding cases

Placing material and stock orders as required

General administrative duties and practice support

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Remuneration: Between R15,000 – R20,000 per month, before deductions, depending on experience.
