Dental Receptionist | Midstream, Centurion

A modern and patient-focused Dental Practice in Midstream, Centurion, is seeking an experienced, organised, and friendly Dental Receptionist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be adept at handling day-to-day administrative operations, billing systems, and client relations with precision and warmth.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience as a Dental or Medical Receptionist essential

Proficient with dental practice management and Exact billing software (highly advantageous)

?Full proficiency in front-desk administration, including making and confirming patient appointments•? ?Strong communication skills to manage high-volume telephone calls, emails, and patient inquiries

?Confident in handling point-of-sale transactions, processing patient payments, and basic bookkeeping/invoicing

Experience with inventory management, placing clinical/office orders, and tracking deliveries

Completely computer literate

Perfectly presentable with a warm, professional appearance

Helpful, efficient, and capable

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent interpersonal skills with a welcoming, patient-centered approach

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the practice team

WORKING HOURS : Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:00 | Friday: 08:00 – 13:00

SALARY: R15,000 – R25,000 per month, depending on experience

STARTING DATE: October 2026
