The practice currently has a team of three Receptionists, with one existing team member moving into a different role in the practice . They are therefore looking for an additional Receptionist to join the team.
This is a busy practice, and the successful candidate will need to be organised, efficient and confident dealing with patients while managing the administrative demands of a fast-paced dental environment.
Previous DENTAL Reception, bookkeeping and billing experience is essential , as the successful candidate will be expected to already have these skills and be able to manage these responsibilities independently.

Previous Dental Reception experience essential
Experience in a busy dental practice
Bookkeeping experience essential
Billing experience essential
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional and well-presented
Computer literate
Accurate and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Strong telephone and patient communication skills
Experience with dental practice management software advantageous
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing front-desk reception duties
Welcoming and assisting patients
Answering and managing telephone enquiries
Booking and managing patient appointments
Patient administration and record management
Processing billing and accounts
Bookkeeping-related duties
Managing payments and account queries
Liaising with patients regarding outstanding accounts
Supporting the smooth administrative operation of the practice
