Ons kliënt is ’n toonaangewende verskaffer in die mobiliteits- en toeganklikheidsoplossingsbedryf, spesialiseer in innoverende mobiliteitshulpmiddels en assistentprodukte wat onafhanklikheid en lewenskwaliteit verbeter. Hulle is daartoe verbind om uitstaande diens en op maat gemaakte oplossings aan kliënte regoor Suid-Afrika te lewer

LIGGING: Kaapstad, Wes-Kaap (Meestal plaaslike, selfde dag aflewerings)

Key Responsibilities / Hoofverantwoordelikhede

· Delivery & Installation: Deliver hospital beds, recliners, wheelchairs, and other mobility equipment. Assemble and install equipment at client homes.

· Client Interaction: Demonstrate product usage to elderly clients and their families in a clear and supportive manner.

· Technical Support: Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs using hand tools. Replace simple parts where required.

· Preparation & Planning: Prepare and organize deliveries before departure. Contact clients with estimated arrival times.

· Vehicle & Equipment Management: Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle. Ensure safe handling of equipment at all times.

· Brand Representation: Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.

· Aflewering & Installasie: Lewer hospitaalbeddens, russtoele, rolstoele en ander mobiliteitstoerusting af. Monteer en installeer toerusting by kliënte se huise.

· Kliëntinteraksie: Demonstreer produkgebruik aan bejaarde kliënte en hul families op ’n duidelike en ondersteunende wyse.

· Tegniese Ondersteuning: Voer basiese fout identifikasie en herstelwerk uit met handgereedskap. Vervang eenvoudige onderdele waar nodig.

· Voorbereiding & Beplanning: Berei aflewerings voor en organiseer dit voor vertrek. Kontak kliënte met beraamde aankomstye.

· Voertuig- en Toerustingbestuur: Handhaaf ’n skoon en georganiseerde maatskappyvoertuig. Verseker veilige hantering van toerusting.

· Handelsmerkverteenwoordiging: Verteenwoordig die maatskappy professioneel tydens alle kliëntinteraksies.

Minimum Requirements / Minimum Vereistes

· National Senior Certificate (Matric).

· Valid South African Driver’s License (Manual).

· Minimum 3 years driving experience.

· Experience delivering goods to clients.

· Basic tool usage and minor repair experience advantageous.

· Customer-facing experience beneficial.

· Ability to lift heavy items (up to 100kg with assistance).

· Own reliable transport to and from work.

· Strong communication skills.

· Professionalism and ability to work within private homes.

· Attention to detail and responsibility.

· Time management and organization.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Positive attitude, especially when working with elderly clients.

· Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12).

· Geldige Suid-Afrikaanse bestuurslisensie (Handrat).

· Minimum 3 jaar bestuurservaring.

· Ondervinding in aflewering aan kliënte.

· Basiese gereedskapgebruik en klein herstelwerk is voordelig.

· Kliëntgerigte ondervinding is voordelig.

· Vermoë om swaar items te hanteer (tot 100kg met hulp).

· Betroubare eie vervoer na en van werk.

· Sterk kommunikasievaardighede.

· Professionaliteit en vermoë om binne privaat huise te werk.

· Aandag aan detail en verantwoordelikheid.

· Tydsbestuur en organisasie.

· Vermoë om onafhanklik en as deel van ’n span te werk.

· Positiewe houding, veral wanneer met bejaarde kliënte gewerk word.

Salary / Salaris

R12,500 – R15,000  p/m
