The Delivery and Collection Personal will assist with the transportation, delivery and collection of household appliances, while supporting our technicians and ensuring that appliances are handled safely and professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the loading and unloading of household appliances
- Deliver repaired appliances to customers
- Collect appliances from customers for repairs
- Assist technicians with on-site repairs and installations
- Ensure the safe handling, loading and transportation of appliances and equipment
- Assist with moving appliances in and out of customers’ homes
- Complete basic delivery and collection documentation
- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and work areas
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Follow all company safety procedures and instructions
- Assist the team with general duties when required
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in delivery, collections or appliance handling will be an advantage
- Valid Driver’s Licence will be an advantage
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy appliances
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Neat and presentable
- Honest and trustworthy
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Willing to work in different locations and assist technicians on-site
