Our client is a global events organisation hosting major international conferences across destinations including Phoenix, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Prague, the UK, and New York.
The organisation delivers high-profile B2B global events and operates an international events portfolio across the USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
THE ROLE: DELEGATE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
The Delegate Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving paid ticket sales and securing high-value delegates across an international events portfolio.
The role uses a proactive three-pronged outreach approach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, with a core focus on phone-based selling. You will build relationships with prospective delegates, pitch decision-makers, close paid ticket sales, and drive attendance at international events.
The position also includes opportunities to attend and support events at global host locations as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute outbound multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to prospective event delegates, prioritising direct phone communication and relationship building.
- Pitch the value of attending high-profile B2B global events and close paid ticket sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly delegate acquisition targets, with a minimum target of 15 paid delegates per month.
- Track and manage outreach, pipeline progression, and closed delegate registrations.
- Attend and support delivery at global event locations as required.
