Core Criteria
• 5 years' experience managing a debtors book of 200+ customers • Proven team management experience • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Retail experience, with the ability to coordinate invoices across multiple points of sale Core Responsibilities:
• Oversee and drive the full billing and credit control process • Maintain the debtors database, including term codes and banking detail accuracy • Trace and resolve queries from point of sale through to accounting software • Compile monthly reports and manage month-end procedures • Monitor customer compliance against contract terms; action non-compliance • Provide weekly cash flow projections • Authorise credit notes and balance account reconciliations • Manage daily sales entries, cashier floats, and change bags • Maintain records of all debtor correspondence On Offer:
