We are an established and rapidly expanding electrical contracting company operating across major commercial and retail projects in South Africa. We are rebuilding our team with the best people and this is your opportunity to be part of something exciting from the ground up.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and send all client invoices and quotations accurately and on time
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and quotes — persistently and professionally
- Manage the full debtors function including reconciliations and debtor reports
- Process creditor invoices and assist with payment runs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Assist with HR administration and personnel admin
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in debtors, creditors and invoicing
- Xero accounting software experience
- Strong quotation and invoice preparation experience
- Proven track record of following up on outstanding payments
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Own reliable transport
- Based within 30km of Montana, Pretoria

- HR administration experience
- Marketing or social media experience
- Experience in construction or electrical contracting
- Supplier management experience — sourcing quotes, managing accounts, negotiating rates
