Min of 2 years' experience in Debtors or similar role. Bilingual in English and Afrikaans. ROLE OVERVIEW: Looking for a young, outspoken and resilient Debtors Clerk to join a dynamic Internet Service Provider in Centurion. If you have 2+ years' experience in debtors, reconciliations and managing high volumes in a fast-paced environment, you'll be well suited to this energetic accounts team. Proficiency in Google Sheets will be an advantage. Detail: Minimum Requirement Matric. Min of 2 years' experience in Debtors or similar role. Bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer Literate, working knowledge of Google Sheets. Responsibilities Daily processing of customer information, debit orders, and invoices. Respond to incoming telephone and ticket system queries. Collecting outstanding funds every month. Completing and presenting relevant financial reports to the Financial Manager. Reconciliation of large accounts. Allocating daily payments (card payments and EFT's). Sending statements and invoices to customers. Completing relevant administrative tasks on customer accounts.
