- The Debit Check Administrator plays a crucial role in the management and oversight of electronic payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the Debi Check framework.
- You will focus on maintaining seamless transactions and addressing any discrepancies while serving as a key point of contact between clients and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Debi Check transactions to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Validate and reconcile payment data to maintain the integrity of financial records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to electronic payments promptly.
- Liaise with clients to provide support and guidance on Debi Check processes and issues.
- Prepare regular reports on transaction statuses, exceptions, and system performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards regarding electronic payments.
- Assist in training new team members on Debi Check procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial administration or payment processing, with a focus on electronic transactions.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail to identify discrepancies and issues.
- Proficient in relevant software and systems used for payment processing and data management.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in payments or financial services.
- Familiarity with South African financial regulations and Debit Check processes.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles within the financial sector.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques to support process improvements.
