The position Dealer & Product Development Coordinator is based in Johannesburg - Eastern Suburbs Skills automotive dealer audits dealer development dealer network dealership product development production development training Detail: This role is responsible for ensuring dealer compliance standards, coordinating sales and product training across the dealer network, and supporting product research and development initiatives both locally and cross-border. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Manage dealer development and upgrade roll-out plans ✔ Ensure dealer facilities comply with corporate identity and brand standards ✔ Conduct dealer audits and oversee corrective action plans ✔ Coordinate sales and product training across the dealer network ✔ Manage training schedules, attendance, certifications, and assessments ✔ Develop training content aligned with market trends and competitor analysis ✔ Conduct product comparison research and market assessments ✔ Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning ✔ Liaise with dealers, contractors, and internal departments ✅ Minimum Requirements: Degree or equivalent qualification 5–8 years' experience within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry Dealer network exposure essential Experience in training coordination and/or standards compliance preferred Strong research and analytical ability Willingness to travel locally, cross-border, and internationally Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence Passport/documentation for cross-border travel required If you are passionate about dealer excellence, training development, and the automotive industry, this could be your next career move! show more...
