Dealer Principle (Motor)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all dealership departments. • Drive revenue, profitability, and overall business performance in line with budgets. • Lead, mentor, and performance manage departmental managers and their teams. • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales and operational targets. • Ensure full compliance with OEM standards, dealership policies, and legislative requirements. • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, GP, expenses, and cash flow. • Oversee customer experience initiatives and resolve high-level customer concerns. • Manage vehicle stock, departmental efficiencies, and operational processes. • Build strong relationships with the OEM, suppliers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders. • Foster a high-performance, customer-focused dealership culture. Minimum Requirements

• 3 5 years' experience in senior motor dealership management, with previous Dealer Principal experience preferred. • Proven track record of achieving strong financial and operational results within a franchised dealership. • Strong understanding of new and used vehicle sales, aftersales, parts, and F&I operations. • Excellent commercial, financial, and strategic leadership ability. • Experience managing OEM relationships and dealership compliance. • Valid driver's licence. • Relevant business or management qualification advantageous.
