- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Commerce or Motor Retail will be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior dealership management position .
- Previous Dealer Principal experience is highly advantageous .
- Strong automotive / motor retail dealership background.
- Proven experience managing sales, profitability, staff and dealership operations.
- Strong understanding of dealership financials, budgets and KPIs.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Strong computer literacy and dealership system knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding targets.
