- Manage dealer standards, audits, and compliance plans
- Coordinate dealer upgrades, branding, and facility alignment
- Plan and manage sales/product training programmes
- Monitor training attendance, certification, and effectiveness
- Conduct competitor analysis and product research
- Liaise with dealers, contractors, and internal departments
- Travel to dealer sites locally and cross-border when required
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification (Business, Marketing, Automotive Management)
- 5 to 8 years experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle industry
- Dealer network experience essential
- Experience in training coordination or standards compliance
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel
