Data & Solutions Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on, builder-minded Data & Solutions Analyst to join a large, well-known international Retail, E-Commerce company – someone who'd rather ship the fix than just report on the problem.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Identify gaps in how the business uses data — then build the thing that closes them

• Create tools, dashboards, and automations that people actually rely on

• Translate business questions into working solutions, not just slide decks

• Prototype fast, iterate faster — good enough and shipping beats perfect and pending

• Work across teams to understand problems from the ground up

The Right Fit

• Have built something — a tool, a script, an automation — because a problem bugged you enough

• Are comfortable with SQL, Python, or similar and know when to use what

• Can pick up a new tool quickly and make it do something useful

• Have opinions about how things should work and the skills to back them up

• Communicate what you've built and why it matters — to anyone

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

• 1–3 years hands-on building tools, dashboards, or automations (side projects count)

• Comfortable across SQL, Python (or similar), and BI/reporting tools such as Power BI

• Retail or e-commerce industry experience beneficial

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree / Diploma beneficial — not a hard requirement

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar) beneficial — but a track record of things you’ve built matters more than the certificate.
