- You'll work across the full model lifecycle, helping to develop, monitor, and enhance credit decisioning strategies that balance growth and risk.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a credit risk, lending, retail finance, or insurance environment
- Experience with scorecard development, validation, and model monitoring
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python, R, SAS, or similar analytical tools
- Background in decision optimisation, predictive modelling, or machine learning
- Degree in Computer Science, Quantitative Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
