Job Description

To lead multiple products or work streams relating to the design and implementation of Cloud solutions, operating across a number of Service Teams across the Group, and proactively engaging with internal stakeholders. To guide and coach less-experienced peers to become more productive and effective team members.
Define, design and govern the enterprise and domain data architecture, to enable trusted, secure, and scalable data usage, ensuring its effective implementation and quality across the organisation.
Work with business and technology teams to create strategic data models and understand data flows. Ensure data is converted into meaningful assets to support decision-making and align with business strategies. Ensures that data platforms, models, and integrations support regulatory compliance, risk management, analytics, and digital transformation, while aligning with enterprise architecture standards and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise data models and canonical data definitions.
Design data integration patterns and data flows across systems and ensure alignment with architecture standards.
Define data architecture standards, policies, and best practices; ensure compliance and governance.
Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to implement data platforms cloud/on-premise.
Provide architectural guidance on data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in architectures to delivery teams, vendors, and system integrators.

Qualifications

Experience Required Enterprise Technology & Solutions Architecture

Technology
1-2 years
Leadership experience in driving technical engineering and development teams in the delivery of cloud solutions.
3-4 years
Have experience implementing Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery processes in engineering teams and lastly, experience leading and integrating test automation into various points in a deployment pipeline and prior programming background in at least one or more languages: C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, Go, or scripting experience in Shell and Perl.
More than 10 years
Require experience in using large scale production systems and technologies, for example load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, micro services, and configuration management.
Designing and executing small to medium scale systems automation projects with strong autonomy. Be familiar with and enthusiastic for software engineering best practices such as testing, continuous integration and continuous delivery. Be familiar with systems and configuration management tools.

Additional Information

Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in data architecture, enterprise architecture, or related roles with proven track record designing data solutions.
