Responsibilities Focus on Financial/Commercial goals for SC AGI & act as the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) partner for Supply chain: To collaborate with Fulfilment & Logistics team to ensure that the data on the orderbook is always updated to ensure proper visibility to our business & to our customers. Aid the different SC teams and cross stream departments within AGI in ensuring support in updating the BI reports & being the point of contact for their reporting requirements. Ensuring functioning of all SC reports and cross stream reports. Manage data, Reporting & Analytics: KPI reporting – OTIF– to be run, reviewed, and reported on time. Analyse and Present KPI for the monthly review meeting. Govern & push for the use of Alteryx Designer to extract, transform & load data onto Power BI desktop/online for all supply chain related reports. Ensure smooth running of all Alteryx workflows & Power BI Reports on all available workspaces. Responsible for Data Governance and will provide business with the reporting tools to support the processes and standards implementation and monitoring. Accountable for getting data organized into front-end solutions (e.g., Power BIs). Improve performance & Continuous improvement – Analysis and Root causing of all main KPIs SC Reporting & SC Controlling activities: To manage the building of any ad hoc reports requested by SC/non-SC leaders. Assist the Internal control team, Internal & External Audit team with any required Supply Chain audit related queries/questions. Power Bi – Build, maintain and upgrade supply chain reports to enhance control and reporting. Work collaboratively with the concerned stakeholders, analyze reports, identify trends, question gaps, and ensure CAPA are in place with agreed stakeholders. Represent the SC Reporting team in any cross stream or SC project that may require UAT testing & assessment of impact on transactions & reporting. Assist the team in developing new KPIS to monitor and control Supply Chain. Credit Risks annual audit monitoring for third party customers. Centre of Excellence for Power Bi & Automation Assist other streams in development of PowerBi report (either directly on Power BI or via Alteryx for data cleansing) Cross-stream report -collaborate with other streams and translate their requirements into reports. Participate in the Cross functional dashboard Assist all groups of SC in being their data point of contact (orderbook, KPI, master data or financial related requirements). Assist SC & other streams in development of Power Bi reports
