Qualifications and experience: Essential:-
• Matric. • Proven experience in data analysis, operational planning, scheduling, or workshop coordination. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. • Experience working with operational information systems and databases. Preferred:-
• Background in Engineering, Information Technology, and/or a technical operational environment. • Experience in workshop, maintenance, service, manufacturing, or technical operations planning. • Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI. Personal attributes include:- The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who is naturally inquisitive, operationally minded, and able to translate data into actionable insights. Must be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a strong awareness of operational priorities, and contributing proactively to business efficiency and performance improvement initiatives. A thorough understanding of how the business operates, combined with strong analytical capability and technical aptitude, is critical to success in this role.
