Duties & Responsibilities
Data Analyst - Job Summary Location: Observatory, Cape Town (onsite, 5 days a week) Employment: Permanent position Role overview The company is looking for a Data Analyst who can analyse large datasets, create reports and dashboards, and turn raw data into useful business insights to support decision-making. Key responsibilities
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards
- Use data to help solve business problems and support decisions
- Work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs
- Maintain accurate, reliable, and consistent data
- Develop data models, KPIs, and reporting processes
- Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical teams
Required skills
- Experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data modelling and reporting
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Additional advantages
