Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyse data to support decision-making.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Excel).
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Provide insights into inquiries, product performance, and customer trends.
- Support compliance by monitoring technical documentation and product information.
- Deliver market intelligence and qualified leads to sales teams.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Job Experience and Skills Required
- A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, customer service data, or reporting.
- Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and data modelling.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems (advantageous).
